We're family-owned and led by an Army veteran. That means discipline, structure, and genuine accountability, not gimmicks. We welcome members from all backgrounds, and we're proud of the diverse, inclusive community we've built.
Meet the Coach
Marcio Da Rocha is the founder and head coach of Muscle Lab Fitness Club and the heartbeat of everything we do here. A U.S. Army veteran, Marcio brings the discipline, structure, and accountability he learned in the military into every class, every session, and every interaction on the gym floor.
His approach is simple: meet people where they are, push them further than they think they can go, and make sure they feel like they belong. Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or training for a competition, Marcio shows up for you.
